Will claimants on ESA income related and also on PIP get the goverments £650 and £150 payment?

Yep, and the £400…. But that’s if you live alone. The criteria for multiple people living in a ‘household’ is still quite murky, and open to interpretation.
*It will be clearer when the legislation has been passed through parliament.
