Hello everyone. Please can you offer advice? So, I am currently receiving ESA ( support group) for a few years now, now my partner has been found to have Ltd capability for work and work related activity very recently (cancer, COPD, depression) We are in receipt of UC as a couple, so my ESA is rightly so deducted from the UC payment every month. However, is it correct that my partner is not entitled to any assessment phase payments while she was being assessed, nor any any other ESA payment because I already receive the ESA payment plus a premium for being in the support group? If this is correct, then she is at a loss how this is so. Please can you advise? Thank you. Melvin.
