Hi beakie
Capita will not send you a copy of the assessment report, you have to make the request to the DWP, if you get turned down again ask to speak to the team leader as BIS has stated you should be able to get a copy of the assessors report within 48 hours for a PIP assessment, if it was a WCA then you have to wait until a decision has been made.
If you still get no joy, contact your MP and get them involved.

Hi
I Telephoned DWP 2 weeks after mine and there sent it out.
I suggest that you do not deal with CAPATA unless you are complaining to them directly!
hope you get it but if not, ask your MP why not!
take care
Tom

Hiya Tom and Bis....thx for your replies
Was merely contacting Capita to establish whether they had sent the report to DWP(sorry for confusing you all), which today they informed me they hadn't, because DWP are saying they haven't recieved it as of last Friday(10/06/2020).
So I guess ringing Capita suggests, they and DWP are singing of the same hymn sheet, or is that reading the same file history.
Best Regards
David

Replied by beakie on topic RECIEVED----Requesting a Copy of the PA4 Assessment Report
Hiya Everyone.....just a quick update.....
Finally got my copy of the PA4, 3 weeks after my Telephone Assessment, which was favourable(recieved a text thursday pm(16/06/2020)). Apparently my report was audited like some other menbers that I have read on the forum. I scored 15 points for care and 12 points for mobility.
Now I will play the waiting game to see if the "Decision Maker" agrees with the outcome of my PA4, because I understand this isn't always the case.
Kind Regards
David

Hi David, i have just gone through the same thing well still am. I had my assessment on the 9th of may so i left it 48hrs before i rang DWP to request the PA4 but was told they hadn't received it yet so i rang the following day and was told the same thing again so i rang captia and was told that it had to be looked over by someone else. like you this filled me with severe anxiety. DWP didn't receive my PA4 report till the 30th of may , which DWP sent out to me on the same day but my anxiety was put at ease as the report was absolutely fine but now my anxiety is back through the roof because i still haven't had a decision :/
i hope it all works out for you
kind regards
robert
