Sorry it's normal. I asked for an extension recently, but at least the person who gave me it had the wits to tell me that the standard reminder letter would come out for the original date [which it did] and just to bin it and ignore. It's down to whoever programmed the computer not putting in an update fix to cater for extensions. If you pay peanuts you do tend not to get intelligent or empathetic staff I guess. Denby
