Change of address was created by Sdoxuk
At present I receive ESA and PIP and I will be moving to a property that’s more suited to my needs. I wanted advice on the best way to change my address with the respective departments? Is it better to write to them or call them? Im aware of long queues when phoning so would a letter be better, or both?

Thank you

Hi Sdoxuk

I would ring and tell them about the change of address and then I would confirm the conversation in writing.

I would phone and if you don't have confirmation by letter then you ring back and then send an email/letter, quoting your calls and there misake in not informing you! your the disabled one, not them idiots
