Mandatory Reconsideration - Will I need new assessment? was created by lauren
I was awarded Daily living but nothing for mobility.I put my mandatory reconsideration in 5 weeks ago now.I was hoping it would be straight forward but the longer it goes on I’m becoming more and more worried about having to be reassessed.How common is this? Just so I can re prepare my self lol.

Hi Lauren

If you put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration - you will not be reassessed. They simply look at the paperwork and make a yes or no decision.
