Hi there, does anyone know when DWP receive the PA4 report, how long is the average waiting time is to receive the decision ?

Some members have rung the DWP and been told it can take up to eight weeks, but in truth we just don't know.

Hi Robert1111,

We submitted my friend's claim online. We requested the report once he'd had his telephone assessment and it was with us in three days.

Three days later the decision letter came.

It just shows how diverse the system is from region to region.
