Hi I was supposed to have a telephone reassessment for ESA support group today. I waited for the whole time duration of assessment and finally received a call informing me that the health practitioner who was supposed to call me isn’t available today and my assessment would be rescheduled. I asked them if they would write to me or call but the person on the phone said they were unaware of that.
Is this normal/routine? Because my head is already all over the place with anxiety and the last thing is this person telling me they don’t know.
I would contact the DWP and let them know what happened today and explain, due to your anxiety you need to know in advance when you will next receive a phone assessment.
