Can we make everyone aware of this petition please as a lot of disabled people and their carers are not in receipt of means tested benefits and therefore do not qualify for the government's one off cost of living payment of £650. Disabled people in receipt of means tested benefits not only will get £150 but will also receive the one off payment of £650. Is this fare? Follow this link if you wish to sign the petition.
