ESA PIP EVIDENCE was created by Deborah
Hello,
I have evidence from my esa claim which went to tribunal and I won and went into the support group. This was from 2014/15.
A couple of my disabilities that were wrong with me then are the same thing as now only now things have got worse along with my mental health.
My question is can I use my evidence from the appeal for esa aswell as updated medical information for what's going on now, I have osteoarthritis aswell as other things, I'm Really struggling with how to word things, I'm so stressed it's making my mental health worse just trying to do the form.
I'm new at all this and didn't no where to turn,
Thankyou
Debs...

Hi Deborah

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

If the medical evidence you have is still relevant to your condition then use it. You say that your condition has deteriorated , if you have new more relevant support documents use them.

Remember that only a few ESA descriptors cross over with PIP, if you look in the members guide tab under PIP, 7th link down you will find UC/ESA and PIP overlap link click on this and you will see which questions overlap. Gordon, one of our moderators produced this a few years ago.

Don't forget to look at the guides, they are very well written and will help you to word how your condition affects you.

If you have any further questions come back to the forum and ask.
