Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Sierra
I understand your concerns, but you're trying to get us to answer a question that we can't. As Gary said - it may be better to talk to a Welfare Rights Organisation that can look at the entire picture in a way we can't here. Only you know that constitutes an improvement in your condition, and every claimant has to judge that for themselves. If a claimant has changes that may mean they no longer fit the criteria - they are supposed to inform the DWP.
Yes, you can leave the house even though you cannot do so on most days.
Don't get hooked up on what someone else might have written in their report. The reports vary considerably.

Not a direct response, and obviously I don’t know your history, but…
If you stay inside when you are feeling wobbly, you will probably not have a panic attack, due to ‘self care’. If you ‘did’ go out on a wobbly day, you may well have a panic attack, or be overly anxious that you might have one.
Not having regular panic attacks may well because you know your triggers and avoid them consciously [by staying inside for example]. Just a thought xx

You’re totally right, Angel.
I avoid leaving the house and sometimes choose to leave the house if I have to really, really late at night to avoid busy roads, crowds. Also environmental factors are considered for this descriptor I believe. I avoid public transport.
I also think this is important:
If you can't undertake any journey the majority of the time then this will score under acitivity 1E. (10 points)
A claimant who satisfies 1E cannot also satisfy 1F. If they cannot
undertake a single journey on the majority of days due to overwhelming
psychological distress, then 1E will be the applicable descriptor, even
if there are occasions when they could follow a familiar route, if
accompanied.
Key words: occasions when they could follow, if accompanied.

I get 10 points for MH stuff (mobility, but can’t remember which)… and 4 points (if I remember rightly) for interactions..
I never used to receive these, but did at last review (2021). I think they are more ‘up’ on things. I did a total history of MH stuff….. I got copies of ALL my GP notes and went through them from when I was about 7/8. This helped I am sure as it gave context. Good luck.
