UC50/WCA and Long Covid was created by Nathan
Does anyone have any advice on filling out the UC50 form for Long Covid (I also have recently diagnosed moderate-severe ADHD, long term anxiety/depression, and Episodic Cluster Headache.)
I'm constantly exhausted, short of breath, dizzy and have extremely limited cognitive and executive functions, this has been going on since March 2020. All the docs can give me is that my best chance of recovery is to rest & not overdo it, but I can't see how I'm meant to fit my symptoms into the point scoring structure to get enough to be given this space to recover.
I'm petrified I'll be found fit for work, expected to do more than I can cope with (currently very little reliably without worsening my symptoms) and sanctioned

I've read the PIP guide for Long Covid, and tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything specific to LC and the WCA process.
Massive gratitude for any advice anyone can offer!

Hi Nathan

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

I would not concentrate on long covid but on how your condition(s) affect you when you complete the UC50 form, read our guide to complete UC50 form; help-for-claimants/esa1

Long covid varies and they are still learning on how the condition affects each individual, each individual is different. I myself have had long covid for nearly 2 years, so I can tell you from personal experience that my condition changes on a daily basis, all you can do is try and explain how it affects you, along with your other conditions.
