Has anyone got any advice on how to match Long Covid symptoms to the WCA points scoring schedule? I saw the site has a Long Covid guide for PIP but can't see anything for UC.

I've had it since March 2020, lots of exhaustion, shortness of breath, dizziness & brain fog that's turned me into a jelly-head. Basically I start each morning knackered and from there everything is taking me much longer and is many times more exhausting than normal.
The docs have said my best chance of recovery is to rest and not overdo it, so I'm petrified I'll be found fit for work and expected to do more than I'm capable of which would leave me in the position of either: over-exerting and setting my recovery back or getting sanctioned and losing benefits.
I also have long term anxiety/ depression, Episodic Cluster Headache & have recently been diagnosed with moderate-severe ADHD.

Any advice on how to score enough points to be left to get the recovery time I need would be massively appreciated, TIA.

Thanks Gary,
Thanks for the advice & sincere apologies for the double post- my first attempt seemed to have disappeared so thought I'd had a brain-fog brain-fart when posting initially.
