PIP short notice assessment was created by Rachel
Hello,
I rang the assessment service for an update on when my assessment date would be and they said it was tomorrow (this was last week)
I didn’t think I had a choice and attended the assessment( telephone) but I now wish I had not done this as it did not go well. I didn’t feel prepared and was not able to have anyone with me. I just wondered if I was to call the dwp and explain this, they would refer me for a new assessment. I wasn’t able to print out my notes or the pip forms I completed so feel this meant I was not able to convey everything during the assessment. Is it worth a trying to get a new assessment?
