What kind of activities are involved with Activity 13?
Is it self care? Washing? Laundry? Etc

Sierra
There are two sets of Descriptors for ESA / NS ESA / UC.
The first set is the Descriptors for Limited Capability for Work (WRAG).
The second is the ones for Limited Capability for Work Related Activity (Support Group).
Many of the LCWRA Descriptors overlap with the 15 point Descriptors for LCW but not all and some of them also change the criteria.

I still can’t grasp this descriptor:
11. Initiating and completing personal action (which means planning, organisation,
problem solving, prioritising or switching tasks).Cannot, due to impaired mental function, reliably initiate or complete at least 2 sequential personal actions.
If for the majority of the time you are not self caring, doing household tasks, paying bills, going out shopping etc and you are being promoted for all those things.
Should you score 15 points?
I’ve heard this particular descriptor is contentious.
