I hope to be clear but I'm struggling to see for tears. 1. Do jobcentres photocopy pip documents free eg prescription list, outpatient letter.
2. When my current award was decided in oct 2019 mobility was enhanced fir an ongoing period. DL enhanced was to 2022 may but due to covud extended to may 2023. In 2020 I asked for backdating to when I switched from dla. Was told to register a reconsideration. About a month after, befire I sent evidence, I was grieving death of partner I got a letter saying reconsideration changed nothing. But the ongoing period changed to same as daily living end date. Sadly I hadn't noticed it then was struggling with backdating plea and leap letters. I still have thise to do. But I asked dwp about ongoing period, she said was mistake. Should I accept and do firm best I can. Also cos they did half of my backdate request thy wrote they were backdating last June. So my review asks me only to write difference since June 2021. But I didn't send evidence. Ots confusing.

Hi bendy1

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

You question is quite complex, we do not have enough information to give you an accurate answer, we would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation who will be able to take all your information into consideration; you can find your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help you with advice by clicking on the link below and putting in your post code, it will then come up with a MAP with a list of agencies. advicelocal.uk
