refusal to send full wca report and uncertainty regarding mandatory review

I have failed a WCA and asked for a report. I also said I was unhappy with the decision. I was given the usual 0800 number to call but the people at the other end told me they could not send me a report - it was up to my work coach. I have had no WCA and numerous enquiries using my journal have been utterly ignored. I thought they had decided it was going to a mandatory review because they said it was out of their hands and I just had to wait. I have no address because I live in a horsebox in a wood so have no power or access to PCs. I have been waiting since July 4th and sent several increasingly desperate messages via my journal, all of which have been ignored. I am really ill and have been providing fitnotes for over a year. I am not going to get better although I have been put in the limited work group, I am still trying to subsist on ££$ a month. I cannot do this anymore and am feeling increasingly desperate and suicidal. Please help. I have never claimed anything before since lockdown, when I lost the small amount of work I did because my health was failing catastrophically. No-one is speaking to me and I cannot afford to keep phoning a number which is just fobbing me off. Desperate.

Hi Reuben

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

We do hear this happening to other members on the forum, being passed from pillar to post.

You need to raise a formal complaint on your journal, the report you want is called a UC85, you cal also call UC helpline 0800 328 9344/5644/5646.

I weould also contact your MP's office for help, once a MP gets involved things usually start to move quicker.

Keep us posted
