www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum I am not sure what you are asking for, you cannot change CB ESA to IR ESA, what you can do is apply for IR ESA as a top up, if you qualify.
Most claimants who are on CB ESA and in receipt of D/L PIP will apply for premiums such as SDP, EDP. These premiums are paid to those in receipt of IR ESA, hence the top up.
