I was awarded an extension of 2yrs at renewal. However less than a month later I'm given an face2face Assessment date in 2 weeks. Surely the award can't be overturned/challenged by an Assessment after the award has been granted. Why would they do this is this normal practice? any help would be appreciated.
I was reviewed one year after a PIP award. It was only when I received my PIP paperwork (after a SARS request) that I found out my initial award was for 5 years; my Award letter stated 2 years.
I would do a SARS request ASAP. Knowing you are a victim of an internal error won’t alter your Review taking place, but may bolster any arguments you have…
Someone may have input ‘2 months’ instead of ‘2 years’.
