Is it good or bad that a case manager (I assume) has contacted my appointee and basically checked the answers on the review form?

Had another case manager call today, albeit brief. Didn’t say much other than mentioning on one descriptor she was going to award 4 points rather than the previous two and a decision has been sent in the post. She didn’t say over the phone the review period no rates.

You should hear with a few days ... but it is the anticipation, waiting for the letter to drop through your letter box, can be very stressful.
