Is anyone else having problems getting a new motability car that can fit their scooter and hoist without taking the seat off the scooter? I've been told by hoist fitters that due to the motor industry designing cars with a steep slope at the back there is only one car that will fit my scooter. And it's nearly 4k. I can't afford that. I feel so depressed about it. Because I have to keep taking the seat off the scooter I hurt my back and knee which makes my disability worse. And it also means that I have stopped going out because it's too hard to sort the scooter. Has anyone else had this trouble. Thanks Wendy
