Hi there I received my pip renewal form 3/4 weeks ago before I could get evidence ect I was taken poorly I was rushed to accident and emergency diagnosed with a blood clot in each lung and also one in the leg I use a wheelchair so he mobility side will be the same do I put no change on the other questions but tell them about my latest cat scan which chows o have arthritis is neck spine both legs and also about the latest which has left me very very breathless and unable to do less than I could previously
I'm sorry for the time it has taken to reply. I am sorry to hear of your recent emergency. We advise in the review form that you should write more than 'no change'.
