Hi there I received my pip renewal form 3/4 weeks ago before I could get evidence ect I was taken poorly I was rushed to accident and emergency diagnosed with a blood clot in each lung and also one in the leg I use a wheelchair so he mobility side will be the same do I put no change on the other questions but tell them about my latest cat scan which chows o have arthritis is neck spine both legs and also about the latest which has left me very very breathless and unable to do less than I could previously

I'm sorry for the time it has taken to reply. I am sorry to hear of your recent emergency. We advise in the review form that you should write more than 'no change'. However, it depends how well claimants are feeling at the time. Read the advice on page 131 of the Guide to PIP claims and reviews. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip
