UC LCW/LCWRA appeal timeline

I recently submitted an appeal, my situation is desperate (I was evicted and made homeless due to arrears I accrued after the benefit cap became applicable to me) I first applied for UC in April 2020 when my ex and I split and had issues over them refusing to recognise I had an untidy tenancy etc at the start. I mentioned my health conditions at the time of making the application, I then had sanctions applied due to missing phone calls because of my conditions I begged repeatedly for contact via email or even in person as I cannot communicate via phone and was told I would have to submit a fit note. I believed this was just to communicate via email instead of phone and supplied the fit note then received a UC50 form in the post a few weeks later (by this time it was June 2021 though, it was a few weeks after being told to supply a fit note not after making the claim) Until this point I was unaware that LCW/LCWRA even existed and had made my conditions clear at the time of applying. I completed the form and heard nothing back.

Eventually I was told I had to have a WCA via phone which was hell then recieved LCW but not LCWRA. I requested the chat transcript (which I still havent got to this day) and the written explanation of decision, which also wasnt provided. I requested a MR without seeing those as was nearing the deadline and again heard nothing. After multiple requests I eventually got a MRN stating decisions were basesd on the call alone as despite an 'extensive search' my UC50 and evidence could not be found.

I have submitted an appeal now but desperately wont to know how long its likely to take for the DWP to respond to it? if they are going to respond or reconsider are they more likely to do so at the start or leave to the last minute? just any info at all really. I've accrued arrears to the point of being evicted and am not in single room temporary accomodation with my children and fearful for our safety, I have no money at all and am beyond desperate, I know really I just have to wait but any info at all on whats most usual would be hugely appreciated.
