ipsos dwp customer experience survey was created by freefee
hi, had a letter a few days ago from ipsos/dwp , saying they would be phoning me within the next few weeks and it should take 15-20 minutes, although the survey is online? i can opt out if i want to, just wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience? don't understand why they would phone if the survey is online? the survey is supposedly about peoples experiences when dealing with dwp within the last 3 months, and how dwp can improve, many thanks

Hi freefee

Hopefully, someone will have had a similar experience. I haven't heard about this survey.

it just mentions how my health/disability affects me? seems like it may be a back handed assessment

Hi Freefee,
I haven’t taken part in an IPSOS survey about the DWP, but I have about other government departments. They should explain everything at the beginning of the call, but it is research and your answers are totally confidential and can’t be used for any other purpose. They usually ask a series of questions about the service you have (or haven’t!) received so it is your chance to be totally frank and honest! I don’t think they will ask anything about your health conditions etc but there are usually some questions at the end about your age, ethnicity etc and you can usually choose not to answer those if you don’t want to. As the letter says, you can choose not to participate at all, but I think most of us would jump at the chance to contribute and tell them about our experience! Hope you will give us an update afterwards if you decide to take part.

i have not heard from them yet, the only feedback i can really give them is that i sent my renewal form back in early july and have received a text saying they have received it, the few people who i have spoken to on the phone seem nice enough, but i can't give any recent feedback until my claim is dealt with, will tell them to phone back after that, thanks anyway, i was just curious and a little paranoid maybe
