Hi all,

I made a phone call on behalf of a neighbour last week.

Her award comes to an end in October, but the call hander said her award would continue until a decision had been made.

Given the fact that she's heard nothing since the DWP received her renewal form in December last year, it seems the DWP must be at different stages in various areas around the country.

Or are they just incompetent?

I wish I knew the answer.

Regards,

Phrank.

What area might you be in then Phrank?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
