Hi all,
An update.............
I`ve (finally) received my letter from DWP.
It seems they don`t want to be dragged through a tribunal so they have changed the original award of enhanced Daily Living, 4 points for mobility and the review date of early 2025 to enhanced for both parts and made the claim ongoing.
I couldnt have achieved this without the excellent documentation and advice you have provided.
