LCWRA Backpay Help

I hope someone can help, I have submitted this once but it has got lost.

I started claiming Universal Credit in September 2019, and handing sick notes in from January 2020. I’ve finally had my assessment and decision back and I’ve been found to have LCWRA. I asked in my journal about my back pay, and they have stated it will be back paid from April 2022. I knew this was incorrect and called, and was told they have found me LCWRA from 06/01/2021. Which would be 19 months back pay as I’ve handed continuously my sick notes.

The lady on the phone wasn’t much help and told me to just put another journal note on my account.

Can anyone here help with advice as it’s been such a long battle and I’m so upset and anxious. I have bipolar and Crohns disease, so it’s effecting me badly.
