Tribunal timescales was created by Notyniki
This may be helpful to forum users. I submitted my appeal for UC LCWRA / ESA in early June 2022. I have received a tribunal date of late October 2022. I live in a rural area so was pleasantly surprised. Fingers crossed, just one last push, what will be will be. I have had to do this all by myself due to my location and not having any welfare rights people in my locality. I have found a lot of help and inspiration on this forum and in the guides.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Notyniki
Thank you for posting your information. It probably feels like a long time to you - but this is quite a short timescale for a tribunal. Hope it goes well for you.

That's good news Notyniki. May I ask which Shire you live in?

Hi Notyniki
Hope everything goes well for you, is it a phone tribunal or a face to face tribunal?
Remember on the day act normal, do not take any additional medication if you are on any, be yourself. If you have a face to face tribunal, go dressed as you normally dress, don't wear make up as it can hide how you really feel on the day.
Good luck
Gary
