Esa and trust fund was created by CATCHUP

Please can someone advise me on the legal aspects of having a family trust fund and receiving Esa, ive had my benefits suspended for some months now and am awaiting the outcome of a mandatory reconsideration.
The dispute centres around my personal bank account.
