Hi there,
Just a quickie, have you looked at the guide on here... “ways to challenge a pip medical report”? It contains invaluable advice and inparticular about the health professional saying the kind of thing they did about you not having sores, it gives you the correct wording to use to challenge them.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Hi Alz1995, so agree about the disability discrimination. Even the supermarkets have signs on the disabled loos now saying 'not all disabilities are visible.' My sister has never done handwashing, but she had a long spell of pulling hair out which has left her with a permanent bald patch and now she has lost confidence about going out anywhere new or with anyone less familiar even us. She's also a hoarder and that doesn't show if you were to see her, but has really terrible effects on her life. So just you fight on, we get it here even if DWP's hired folk don't.
Best regards,
Denby

Thanks for your support all, I requested the long medical assessment report over 2 weeks ago, called back asking where it is and they said it was posted over a week ago. It's difficult to do this without the full report. What team do I need to speak to as last time the MR option said they couldn't send out the report and then.i was on hold for an hour grrrr.

I'm afraid the main PIP number is the only one available. Try ringing as soon as the line opens.
