Change in times for WCA

Today 29/09/2022 I should have had a telephone assessment, time on letter 9 am to 12 noon, they phoned me at 8 am saying that this is the new start time. I did not receive any message to say that my appointment would be an hour early, I said that you are early and was told that this is right I said that I was not ready as I was still in bed. They said that they would call me back after 9 am, but no call. I will wait until after 12 noon before I make a complaint. I just wanted to put this on here so that anybody else waiting for a telephone assessment you might get it early if your appointment is from 9 am.
