Disability Premium

Hello

I am again bamboozled by the benefits system! Please could you confirm if I should be receiving a Disability Premium? I receive (after all B&W help!) PIP (lower rate for both), ESA (contribution) and UC. Today, I contacted ESA as UC told me that’s what I should do, this is what they told me “you are getting contribution based
ESA but not disability premium. Because
ESA contribution based does not attract
premiums it would be better to look at
Universal credit which may attract a disability
element.”
So, my question is, am I entitled to Disability Premium? If so, who would I contact?
