The answer to your question is ....... it depends

If your PIP was awarded by a Tribunal then no, if awarded by DWP then maybe, we have heard from members who were not informed, did not go to Tribunal and their claim just ceased.

We would advise you that if you have not heard from DWP 3 months before your claim ends then contact them and request a review form to be sent out.

Always treat the review form as if it was a new claim, if you kept a copy of your original claims form then use it as a template, if your circumstances have change then modify the original claims form information accordingly.
