PIP review - a few things I found helpful was created by debslosjoe
I’ve been on PIP for 9 years and each review has been so stressful but this time I used Fightback 4 Justice and paid about £70 for them to complete my form for me. They spent about 2 hours on the phone completing my form and posted me 2 copies. This was posted recorded delivery mid September and I got a letter today saying it has been extended 4 years without having to attend an assessment. I am still in shock.

Some things that may have helped - I sent a page with photos of each aid. I used to send several extra pages of information but was told they only have about 20 minutes to read your whole form so just fill each box putting your strongest points first. I paid my GP to do a letter listing all my disabilities and how they affect me. I only included evidence that supported my case. I started taking the prescribed anti depressants because they didn’t acknowledge my natural tablets from Holland and Barret even though they are supposed to. I got up to date medical records and letters from family and friends to support my case.

Because of the NHS delays that covid caused they have to accept that you may still be on waiting lists for things you dont yet have a disgnosis/treatment for. And also the extra stress and anxiety that the pandemic caused eg I was on the waiting list to see a psychologist (you can self refer online with Birmingham Healthy Minds or similar) but hadnt yet got the treatment to address this.

This website has tons of good advice that Ive used too but this time i just wasnt able to fill the form in myself. I hope this might give you a little hope that sometimes things can go ok with PIP reviews.
