Good morning members,
I have a question it get even a little scared to bring forward to DWP.
This year I was placed onto the LCW group around February but my ESA claim have stopped around mid January as I was at work at the time, i started a new claim in july and ive been getting againg since August an award, in other hand my PIP entitlement i was granted the award for daily living and I get the basic award, both ESA and PIP results are not wrong apart from the PIP report where the case reviewer assumed my social interactions and skills were overlooked and also the mobility components regarding the point of planing journeys and going out which both of them have a substantial adverse effect on my daily life every day for the rest of my life and, this Is now confirmed upon an autism assessment I went thorough during August, which has confirmed my ASD diagnostic.
I have been off work since June due anxiety and depression as I was badly discriminate and humiliated by my own boss which i try to brinv forward raising a grievance to complaint how i felt and also to take the opportunity to ask for reasonable adjustments since my disclosure in the past that i had mental health conditions and a suspected autism traits, all my requests were not upheld maybe because I couldn't show evidence of my condition, but bever been asked to show any evidence either, and the fact that I was subject to direct discrimination was found to be unsubstantiated As I couldn't give valid evidence that my employer has discriminated and bullied me creating an impossible athmosphere at work which for me is very unlikely in the near future to go back there and also had thrown me under a state i barely leave my flat because i just cant stand seeing anyone, and my life has resumed to sleep and sit around the flat many days thinking that this horrible person had destroyed all my self esteem and self worth to move forward and look for another job.
But what I would like to ask is, is it worth it to call the PIP line and also ESA to tell about this diagnostic and explain that now I have this evidence to support my claims and ask for this to be reviewed? I know it's been far more than the month window to submit a mandatory reconsideration but I do believe this would likely maybe give me some more points and to receive the right support. I really apreciatte any answers to point me out the right direction. Many thanks to all of you.

Hi Blakie77

Before you report a Change you should be certain that you would reasonably qualify for a higher award, not all deterioration or even new conditions will result in your scoring the points you need for a higher award. See our PIP Claims guide for the criteria that you will need to make. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip

You will need to show that you health has deteriorated in the past 3 months and that the deterioration of your health is likely to continue for the next 9 months.

If you reported a change then you would have received a PIP2 to complete, this was the form that you filled in when you originally applied for PIP. If you report a Change then you should do so in writing as the date of your letter will be used to set the start date of any new award, Ideally, send it using a Track'd post so that you have proof of delivery.

If you kept a copy of your original claims form then you can use that as a template to complete the new claims form when you receive it.
