Could I ask is the new updated 22 September guide to filling in the review form any different to the previous one? I last filled one in November 2019 and added loads of extra pages. Does the form itself have smaller boxes. Am in a bit of a state about all of this.
Also, have the PIP Descriptors changed at all since 1019? I don't know which guide to follow the updated September 2022 or the previous September 2021 guide.
In 2019 the last time a review came I used the one now in your archive section. Please advise.
