Assessor's Report - PA4 was created by mumsgirl
Can you please tell me if there is a difference between the Assessor's report and PA4? I phoned to request the Assessors report for my PIP review but didn't ask for PA4, do I need to phone them back and ask for that too or is it the same thing?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi mumsgirl
The assessor's report and the PA4 are the same. It doesn't matter that you didn't call it the PA4. That is what will be sent to you.

I am in the same process at the moment. I recently requested it. How long does it usually take to receive it?

Hi MS3
It varies, DWP usually tell claimants it can take unto 10 working days, quite often the form will arrive in a few days ... but in this current climate it all depends on the postal strike which may have a delay factor and there is a DWP backlog.
Let us know when you get it.

Thanks Gary! It has already been sent across and I am following the instructions from yourself and other members. I feel more confident in the process especially with the support available here.
I'm trying to be optimistic. Will keep you posted.
Thanks!
