Hi Merah95

The Tribunal normally looks at a whole claim. How many questions they actually ask you about will be up to them.

Hi Merah95

The DWP have to send a bundle to the Tribunal Services - and the Tribunal Services will send it to you. This ensures everyone has the same paperwork.

ok thanks.

I've received the bundle now.
do you know, well can you inform me which questions (care activity 1 to 10, and the mobility 1,2) the RJ judgement are concerned with? also is the GMcL and CS v SSWP (PIP) [2017] UKUT 105 (AAC) on the 09/03/2017 with regards to safety is GMcL and CS totally different tribunal decisions? or part of the RJ one?, if they are different which questions are they primarily about.

thanks, in advance.

Hi Merah95

The RJ judgement: The DWP agreed that the claimant would be awarded the daily living component of the PIP award (which had previously been denied). There is no information about where the points were scored. The mobility component is about both parts - but the issue is not whether they had mobility issues but the government argued they were not eligible because of age.

RJ, GMcL and CS v SSWP (PIP) [2017] UKUT 105 (AAC) on the 09/03/2017 - is a ruling for three different claimants in the Upper Tribunal where three different claimants were awarded their appeals and their cases were returned to the First Tier Tribunal.
You can read the entire judgement here. The reasons for the appeals are on the first page of the judgement. www.gov.uk/administrative-appeals-tribun...ip-2020-ukut-107-aac

hi
from what i gather the appeal will last 1 hour, do you know if it will be ok if it runs 30-45 minutes late so my appeal meeting will last hour and 45 minutes (I have a lot of information to dredge up) or do they work with strict time limits?, if they do work with strict time limits id have to cut back on what i want to say.
