Hi Autissy 101
I was on standard for both awards, I had been on them for 5 years, I got a letter saying my claim would last until 2023, however, my mobility got a lot worse so I phoned them up in September 2021 to tell them thiI wasn't aware of this site at the time

They sent me a whole form to fill in which I did, I was then told I would have to have another assessment, I had this in March this year, they then wrote back to me to say I no longer qualified for any daily living and my award for mobility remains the same

I have a tribunal hearing tomorrow afternoon, I hope you have better luck than I have, I have got my fingers crossed for you, good luck

Hi Caz1

Thank you for your reply.
I'm hoping I don't get a form in the post, the lady didn't mention anything about a form/review, she just asked the reasons my MR took this long to request. My initial claim was all paper based so I really don't fancy a f2f meeting.

Good luck with your tribunal! Please let me know how it goes.
