Hi

I have had my PIP for two and a half years, it is due for renewal July 23.

I read that other members have had their renewal letter around 12 months before the renewal date.

So when should I expect to receive mine, and when should I contact DWP to ask when I should receive mine either paper based or online

Hi Andy

Yes, a lot of people are receiving theirs twelve months before - but not everyone. I would leave it until six months before and if you haven't heard anything call them.
