I spoke with tax credits who said I made a claim for universal credit which I don’t remember and don’t receive which triggered the debt to be chased, explained I had no idea of the debt and wasn’t well for some time, the last I remember was paying them £2.5k back so why would they still be paying me. Waiting for forms to fill in see if they will waive on ill health but had to agree to £5 deduction per week from ESA Thanks for advice on this will update soon
