thank you BIS , i see , she had a telephone assessment, and although she claims hardly any time was spent on the call, the report seems quite lengthy which doesn't add up to the time spent talking to her.
my mum did tell me that she just asked a few straight forward questions, the that was it , makes me think some degree of leading questions were placed and then the assessor has just assumed presumed everything else. although to be fair she only had the form with hardly any information to go on.
can i use this viewpoint as part of submissions. ?
also , should i wait until the DWP have submitted their response before i start uploading my case? they have i think 1 month to do so
many thanks

You can but don't lose track of the fact that any revised Decision resulting from an appeal will be based on how your mother meets the PIP criteria.
Personally, I would wait until you have seen the DWP's bundle before adding any more for the appeal but continue to prepare the content that you intend to submit. If you can do it electronically then it should be a cut and paste to add it to the appeal.

thank you , BIS,
as part of evidence we are asking my mothers gp to write a letter to support our claim , we already have one from her consultant head nurse who looks after her arthritis condition,
what should we ask the gp to put down , should it be specific? ie she doesn't drive anymore, has to be driven etc, distance able to walk to an acceptable level of standard ?
any ideas or thought will be welcome,
best wishes

Hi rchan
It is a hard question to answer as we do not know what limitations your mother suffers from.
There is a 'PIP GP Notes' under the PIP tab that may be useful.
