pip review, sdp stopped was created by richtone80

a few months ago i was informed by the dwp that my pip was under review, the following month i noticed my esa payments were reduced, upon phoning the dwp i was informed that my premium was stopped until the review is complete, i have read similar circumstances in this forum, i'm just wondering if this correct? by that i mean are they allowed to do so? none of my circumstances have changed

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

Normally SDP will stop when a decision has been made, I am not aware that SDP will stop whilst your claim is being reviewed.
