I have recently sent a change of circumstances in. To tell them about my fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis.
I am currently in receipt of pipwhich took me 15months and a tribunal to get. Which I got in July 2022
The above conditions was on my form but there was also. PTSD, anxiety and depression on there, which they only awarded me for, due to miss information that the woman took off me in my original assessment ( over the phone)
The judge told me to put a change of circumstances in for them to look into my other ailments :-/.
I couldn't get citizens advice to help me fill my change of circumstances form in as they are so busy.
I'm confused of what evidence to send in as it says not to send any doctors letters or anything.
Will they look back in the evidence they have from my previous award and do they look at the statement of findings which I applied for after my tribunal?
Ignore what the letter states, send in any medical evidence you have about any of your conditions, do not send original documents as you will not get them back.
Treat the PIP form as if it was a new claims form, if you kept a copy of your previous form then use it as a template and add additional conditions along with supporting documents. If you do not have a copy, make sure you keep a copy of this form, if you have a mobile phone take pictures if you do not have a scanner.
How did you get on at the tribunal, what was the outcome?
