As per title. I received a text from PIP saying I must attend a physical assessment. I made it clear that I wanted a telephone assessment which is in keeping with the health issues I suffer from. The woman on the phone wouldn't even listen to me, and would only offer a different assessment centre. She said I'd have to be bed bound to get a telephone assessment.
