Tribunal Result

I attended hearing on Fri 18 Nov. At about 1630 Judge said they had lot to discuss. I would receive letter with result in a few days. I had expected to wait in ante room for about 3o mins tops and clerk to bring result. This morning I received email from Tribunal Service, stating decision made and I would receive letter by Nov 30. WTF. Email states they will not accept phone calls about result. Possible 12 day wait unacceptable in this day and age. They are dealing with vulnerable people here. I already feel they have refused my Pip claim but that's not the point. Whole system is against the claimant.
