Hi denisteulon

I would say not, as it is already in place in those areas, they were moving 250 claimants across each location over to UC during the discovery phase.

DWP Permanent Secretary Peter Schofield, who was also giving evidence to the Committee, advised that while there are currently about a million claimants in the ESA cohort, this will reduce to around 600,000 by 2028/2029.
NB - in respect of current progress on managed migration, Mr Stride confirmed that the findings of the discovery phase - that is ongoing in Bolton and Medway, Truro and Falmouth, Harrow, and Northumberland - will be published 'in the New Year'.

The evidence session before the Work and Pensions Committee is available from parliamentlive.tv; parliamentlive.tv/Commons
