Many thanks again Gary. I was quite excited then reading your first part. Then when reading further, about other Legacy Benefits being IR ESA and CTC, this bit took the Smile off my face. I Receive........ ESA Support Group. Housing Benefit. Council Tax Credit/Benefit. However, myself and many more will just have to wait for all of it to be Confirmed. Please keep me posted as well as others as I will be most grateful. Thanks again.

Hi Jaguar300
If you have not yet signed up for our free news letter, I would do so as it has all the latest information in it so you can sit back and let the information come to you.
There is a lot of information in the latest news letter about the changes in the latest Autumn Statement. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news

Hello Jaguar300,
I too receive IR ESA in the Support group and as a result am automatically passported onto maximum housing benefit. Like you, I too wondered if the delayed managed migration for ESA claimants to 2028 just announced also includes those receiving housing benefit. My logic tells me that because my housing benefit claim is passported by my ESA, then I won't be moved over till 2028.
On the Rightsnet forum (for CAB and welfare advisors) I found this thread:
www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/17989/P105
There seems to have been some information gained from a 'stakeholder meeting' to indicate those ESA IR claimants with HB won't be moved over till 2028. It appears those ESA IR claimants with Tax Credits, however, will be moved over by 2024 as originally planned.
I don't know how much weight to give this, other than it comes from welfare advisors on a forum but it put my mind at rest. Hopefully, it does yours.

Many thanks libral.
I have just read the information contained in the Link you provided.
I understand that Claimants that are receiving Tax Credits will be Migrated to UC as planned by 2024.
Myself is Single and receiving exactly this below as I mentioned on a previous post.
ESA Support Group.
Housing Benefit. ( Bedroom Tax ).
Council Tax Credit/Benefit.
However, Gary has mentioned that Claimants receiving IR ESA and CTC/Council Tax Benefit is just what I call it.
These will Continue as Planned.
I just can't understand why the Autumn Statement that took place has not Clarified exactly what Claimants will be Migrated to UC as Planned by 2024, (Tax Credits Yes) and other Claimants like myself are receiving as above.
We will all have to wait and see.
