Hi MrFibro. I'm sorry but not understanding too much about Tax Credits. Some are Child Tax Credits, and others are Low Payed Working Tax Credits. That's about it. ( I think ). Other Members on here will surely help with this. It baffles me as well about the Legacy Benefits to Universal Credit and the Migration of Other Benefits. Some Claimants will be Migrated to UC in 2028, and others Migrated between now and 2024.

Hi Jaguar300 and MrFibro
My understanding of the migration process is that claimants in receipt of tax credits will still go ahead.
Discussing the migration process with fellow workers we believe that migration will be rolled by benefit type; (TC, IS, ESA, HB), although this has not yet been confirmed.
What has been confirmed is that tax credit claimants will continue to be migrated between now and 2024.

CTC stands for Child tax credit not Council Tax Credit - there is no such thing as Council Tax Credit it's called council tax reduction. So I don't think it's included in the benefits which are still keeping a deadline of 2024. Council Tax reduction and HB are not DWP benefits in anycase.

Hi Mory.
Thank you for your input.
Actually, I have never bothered about what it says when I receive each year the Council Tax Forms. I just read at the bottom of what I need to pay.
As mentioned in previous posts, I receive ESA/Support Group.
So my Bill is Zero.
I'm pleased that you mentioned Council Tax Reduction. I just looked at the Forms I received this March, and it says exactly what you have mentioned.
However, its still a mystery of whom will be Migrated to UC by 2024, and whom by 2028.
Many thanks again.

Does this apply to the trial places such as Bolton and Medway.
